Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Minimum 2 Designated Partners, at least one must be an Indian resident
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all designated partners
• Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN)
• Unique LLP Name and Registered Office Address
• LLP Agreement outlining duties, rights, and profit-sharing

LLP Registration Process

• Obtain DSC & DPIN – Secure digital signatures and identification numbers
• Name Reservation – Apply for and reserve your unique LLP name
• Filing Incorporation Forms – Submit Form FiLLiP along with required documents
• LLP Agreement Filing – Draft and file the LLP Agreement with MCA
• Certificate of Incorporation – Receive your LLP Certificate and commence operations
